Acceptable Stay, but with Issues

unclean rooms missing refurbishment

The staff were responsive to our inquiries even before we got to the hotel. It's always a pleasure to be communicated with proactively.

I used to love this hotel though it's gone downhill since it first opened and is now overpriced. Rooms are scruffy and unclean and in need of a refurbishment. Water isn't replaced every day and my room wasn't cleaned after first night. no natural light filled the room. The free stuff for breakfast was not even worth drinking.

The location included many shops very close. The staff seemed polite always. The toiletries smelled lovely, a welcome touch.

The elevator did not require a key card to access all floors, that was a minus.

supermarket location friendly staff free snack single pane windows extreme noise multiple bite

The location was amazing , with a huge supermarket right outside. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They provided free sandwiches and coffee.

The windows were single pane , I heard booming music until early in the morning. I got bitten fifteen times the night I stayed. The noise from the road was extreme .
